Here are the Ts&Cs:

These Terms and Conditions cover the Audition process only and do not form part of the Terms and Conditions governing the LU Busking Scheme. Applicants must complete an application form and return it to London Underground before the closing date for applications. Incomplete and late applications shall not be considered.

Applicants are required to have an appropriate appearance at all times.
The applicants’ repertoire and appearance must not cause offense or be offensive.
Applicants are required to behave in a responsible and professional manner at all times. Offensive language, harassment and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

Applicants are required to be attired in clothes suitable for the environment.

A completed application form must include all equipment (including amps) and instruments (including vocal) that to be included on the licence.
London Underground may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a partial licence to cover some or all of the equipment and instruments for which an application has been received.

Not all applicants shall be given an audition. Applicants shall be shortlisted on the basis of the application form submitted by them.
Applicants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their allocated time and must show two forms of ID. They must provide copies of these documents.
All equipment (including amps) and instruments must be brought to the audition. Only instruments and equipment (including vocals) brought to the audition and identified on the application form can be included on the licence. Applicants must be able to transport their own equipment and safely negotiate the station.
London Underground only permits the use of solid cell battery equipment on its premises. London Underground will not provide power either at auditions or at the busking pitches.
Applicants attending auditions must agree to a digital photograph being taken for use to issue of a licence.
Whilst in attendance at the audition, applicants must abide by the safety regulations for the station and must abide by the directions and instructions of station and audition staff. Applicants who fail to comply with instructions or put themselves or others in danger by their actions shall be immediately removed from the station. This may also result in prosecution.
Applicants must not access the platforms at the audition location. This is a safety issue and shall result in the application being terminated.
The consumption of any food or drink by applicants is not permitted at the audition location. The consumption of alcohol or drugs and intoxication from prior consumption of such materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Applicants will be required to perform one piece from their set list during the audition. This may be interrupted at any time by the panel.
Equipment and instruments must easily sit within the space of a busking pitch. The dimensions of this semi-circle are 1.5m by 3m. Instruments must be recognisable as a musical instrument.
A limited number of instruments are not permitted for use on the London Underground Busking Scheme because of their size, shape or volume in a confined public space.
Applicants attend the audition at their risk and are not indemnified by LU against loss or damage, injury or death while at the audition.

Successful applicants who are issued with a licence shall be expected to perform a minimum number of times during the term of the licence.
